Shipping policy

Items in the store, on hand, ready to ship will be shipped out within 2 business days. Custom items will have a turn around time of 7-10 business days and will be shipped directly after. Once an item leaves our store we are no longer responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Any shipping issues will be directed to USPS. If you receive a damaged item upon opening, you have 24 hours to contact polkadotsandpaisless@gmail.com or 270-527-8115 to address the damaged item.
